Momentum Media has launched its virtual event series, with the first Better Business Awards 2020 live streamed direct into its audience’s homes.
The B2B publisher said that it “recognises the importance of professional communities remaining in contact and having the opportunity to celebrate success and achievement”.
The Adviser team broadcast from a studio and crossed live to award winners homes to celebrate.
Earlier this month, Momentum Media announced its partnership with audio-visual experience company Austage Events to produce virtual product launches, awards nights, corporate conferences, seminars, and other business events.
Announcing the partnership, Momentum Media Director Alex Whitlock said “We communicate with all of our communities via multiple channels on a daily basis. With a partner of Austage Events’ calibre working seamlessly from within our office, and also externally in venues across the nation, our capabilities and potential to scale our broadcast offering has dramatically increased overnight.”
And the timing couldn’t have been better given the isolation restrictions that have been put in place due to COVID-19.
“We have an immediate solution to ensure that we connect in new and more effective ways with all of our audiences,” Whitlock said.
Momentum Media produces a range of awards programs that provide additional revenue streams for its print and digital brands produced for Australia’s financial and professional services. Other awards programs include the Australian Defence Industry Awards, Australian Law Awards, Australian Accounting Awards and the Australian Space Awards.
Austage and Momentum Media have worked together for nearly a decade to produce Momentum’s range of live business events.
